Day One
We depart and make our way to Mold and our hotel for the next 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Day Two - Day Four
• Journey on the Snowdon Mountain Railwaywhich begins at Llanberis and continues pastwaterfalls and an ancient oak forest beforeclimbing the spectacular ridge to the summit.• The Victorian resort of Betws y Coed, set in abeautiful valley in the Snowdonia Forest Park.• Portmeirion where a young Welsh architectmade his childhood dream come true anddesigned his architectural vision around aMediterranean piazza, rebuilding loggias,grand porticoes and tiny terracotta roofedhouses painted in bright colours.• The idyllic coast resort of Porthmadog tocatch the train to the slate quarrying town ofBlaenau Ffestioniog.• Journey on the Llangollen Railway throughthe picturesque Dee valley to Llangollen.From here we take a gentle ride on a boat tripalong the Llangollen Canal over the mightyPontcysylte Aquaduct, an 18 arched stone andcast iron construction known as the “Streamin the Sky”, the highest in the world.

After breakfast we depart for home.

Your Hotel
The Beaufort Park Hotel is situated near the market town of Mold and is an ideal base for our tour. All bedrooms are en suite with TV, telephone, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/ coffee making facilities.
The hotel does not have a lift.
