Sunday
We depart and make our way toCarmarthen arriving late afternoon at the IvyBush Royal Hotel for the next 4 nights withdinner, bed & breakfast.
Monday
This morning we travel west to thepopular holiday resort of Tenby, with its oldtown walls, interesting little side streets,alleyways to explore and superb beaches. Wehave time to obtain lunch here before we makeour way to Picton Castle and Woodland Garden.
Tuesday
Today we have a leisurely breakfastand free time to explore Carmarthen.
Wednesday
y Our excursion takes us to St Bride’sBay and Newgale Sands to the magical placeof St. David’s, birthplace of the patron saint ofWales. St. David’s has a beautiful cathedral, thesmallest in Great Britain which is well worth avisit.
Thursday
y After breakfast we depart and beginour journey to North Wales and the BeaufortPark Hotel in Mold for the next 3 nights withdinner, bed & breakfast
Friday
An early start as we head for somefree time in Llanberis, in the shadow of MountSnowdon. After a short break we head forBeaumaris, a delightful village on the shore ofthe Isle of Anglesey where you have time toobtain lunch before our afternoon boat trip toPuffin Island with its many wildlife andseal colonies.
Saturday.
Today’s excursion takes us throughsome lovely Welsh scenery, including thespectacular Horseshoe Pass to the Dee Valleywhere we join the Rheilfford Llangollen Railwayfor a journey on a nostalgic steam train fromCarrogg to Llangollen and also take a ride onthe ‘Stream in the Sky’- the Llangollen Canal -gliding gently along over the country’s biggestnavigable viaduct.
Sunday.
After breakfast we depart for home.

The Ivy Bush Royal Hotel is within walking distance of Carmarthen town
centre and was once a favourite retreat for Lord Nelson and Lady Hamilton.
