Step back in time at this famous World Heritage Site, birthplace of the Industrial Revoloution, with a visit to Blists Hill on this lovely NEW tour.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
Friday
We depart and make our way to Shropshire and our hotel for the next 2 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Saturday
Leaving the hotel after breakfast, we have a short drive into the Ironbridge Gorge and Ironbridge Village, the location of the famous bridge from which the region takes its name. From here we make our way to Blists Hill and the Victorian Town where we spend the day to explore the site with its many different attractions as we see what life was like during this time. Late afternoon, we return to the hotel.
Sunday
After breakfast we depart for home.

The Mercure Telford Hotel is centrally located and an ideal base for this tour. Facilities include a leisure centre with gym and indoor pool and all bedrooms are en suite with flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a lift.
