Monday
We head into Scotland and our hotel for the 4 nights with dinner, bed and breakfast.
During your stay
• Free day to explore our base of Dumfries at leisure. Perhaps visit Robert Burns House, enjoy a stroll along the River Nith or browse the shops and enjoy some lunch.• Visit to Carlisle for free time at leisure and time to explore the town.• Visit to Annandale Distillery where they still use traditional methods to manufacture single cask single malt whisky. We enjoy a tour of the facility and learn more about the production. As a memento of our tour, we will receive a gift pack containing an Annandale Whisky glass and a mini bottle of Annandale Whisky to enjoy at home.• Scenic drive into the Lake District and the pretty towns of Keswick and Penrith.
Friday
After breakfast we head for home.
