Sunday
We depart and make our way to Devonarriving late afternoon at our hotel where weenjoy 4 nights stay with dinner bed andbreakfast with tea/coffee and biscuits served onarrival.

Monday
Our frst stop this morning is thepicturesque resort of Woolacombe with itssuperb beaches and after our break here wehead for the coastal town of Ilfracombe, with itswhitewashed houses and grand Victorian villas.We have the rest of the day here where we canobtain lunch, explore and take in the aura of atraditional seaside resort.

Tuesday
Today is Market Day in Barnstaple andwe have the day free to explore the town. On acrook of land between the rivers Taw and Yeo itretains the charm of its ancient origins and atthe heart is the splendid town hall, elegantGeorgian building with the High Street partlypedestrianised and the Pannier Market with itsgreat canopied roof is a focal point of thisfascinating town.

Wednesday
This morning we have a full day outto North Cornwall and the popular resort ofBude. We make our way through Bideford andpast Clovelly onto the ‘Atlantic Highway’ whichruns way down into South Cornwall. Bude has ahistory of smugglers. In the 19th century thetown was notorious for the ‘Wreckers’ whoplundered the ships that came to grief off thecoast. Then a visit to Affinity Devon OutletShopping Centre before we return to the hotel.

Thursday
After breakfast we depart and headfor home.
