Wells Image by Jason from PixabayDay 1 Morning departure for the journey to Weston-Super-Mare for a four night stay.

Days 2 to 4 A day at leisure to relax and explore Weston-Super-Mare with all its wonderful attractions. After your busy day, return to the hotel at 15.00 hours as we have included a cream tea for you to enjoy. We have also included the following excursions:

• You will travel to Wells, the smallest city in England to visit the Bishop’s Palace and Gardens, home to the Bishops of Bath and Wells for over 800 years. Enjoy this stunning medieval palace, along with its 14 acres of RHS partner gardens. Surrounded by a breath-taking moat, you can cross a flagstone drawbridge, walk under the portcullis and experience a true hidden gem in the heart of the city whilst situated next to Wells Cathedral.

• You will travel to Minehead for free time to explore the town before joining the West Somerset Railway to Bishops Lydeard for a single nostalgic ride back in time through lovely countryside. On arrival at the station, you re-join the coach and travel back to the hotel.

Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey. Back to top
