Itinerary
Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Clarks Village for shopping and lunch before transferring to the hotel in the centre of Street for a four night stay.Day 2 An excursion that will take you to the cathedral city of Wells for some free time before continuing on and through the rugged gorges that surround Wookey Hole caves and the famous Cheddar Gorge.
Day 3 This morning you will visit Glastonbury, possibly the quirkiest town in England, and steeped in history and myth. Free time to explore and visit some of the famous sites. Afterwards you will travel to Montacute House, a masterpiece of Elizabethan architecture and design, built at the end of the 16th century for you to enjoy and stroll round a few of the remaining Elizabethan compartmentalised gardens. Make a visit to the Courtyard café and browse around the gift shop too.
Day 4 A visit to the city of Bath and its world famous Christmas Market and known for its natural hot springs and 18th century Georgian architecture. Walk through a winter wonderland and soak up the festive atmosphere with chalets nestled amongst iconic monuments and mulled wine on every corner or take a stroll and explore the Royal Crescent.
Day 5 After a leisurely breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey Back to top
