Day 4 The highlight is your Mountain Goat Experience. Travel in 16 seat mini-coaches for “The High Adventure tour”. This tour focuses around the Western Lake District travelling over the Wrynose and Hardknott passes, the steepest in England, stopping to view the extraordinary remains of Hardknott Roman Fort 1000ft up on the fells. See the spectacular views to Upper Eskdale, Scafell and Scafell Pike, England’s highest mountains. A stop for lunch in Eskdale before boarding the L’all Ratty on the Ravenglass and Eskdale railway.
