Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Wellesbourne and to the hotel for a four night stay.Day 2 A visit to the National Centre for Guide Dogs, here you will see what goes on behind the scenes and see how every guide dog’s journey starts with life-changing puppies. An amazing visitor experience. The afternoon will be spent exploring Hill Close Gardens. The restored gardens offer an extremely rare opportunity to visit sixteen hedged Victorian pleasure gardens, which capture the planting and personalities of their original owners
Day 3 A narrowboat cruise on the historic canal network in Birmingham city centre, followed by a visit to Winterborne House and Garden in the city’s suburbs. This fine Art and Crafts property is an unexpected treasure.
Day 4 Today you will visit the spectacular ruins of Kenilworth Castle and learn about its fascinating 900 year history, and admire the detail in the re-created Elizabethan garden. In the afternoon you will have free time in Warwick, a pretty intriguing town, steeped in history and heritage and famous for its magnificent castle.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
