Royal Windsor

Day 1 Morning departure to Henley-on-Thames, lovely riverside location, surrounded by a Chiltern landscape of wooded hills and green fields. Free time to relax, enjoy some lunch or take a stroll along the Thames. Afterwards you will travel to Windsor and the hotel for a one night stay. On arrival you will be served a castle cream tea in the hotel. Later if feeling peckish you will find plenty of eateries to choose from.

Day 2 After breakfast you will check-out of the hotel and the rest of the day is yours to explore. We have included entrance to amazing Windsor Castle, the family home to British kings and queens for over 1,000 years and today one of the official residences of His Majesty the King. The size of the castle is breath-taking and is the largest and oldest occupied castle in the world. You will need approx. 3 hours to see it all. You could take a stroll through the Great Windsor Park or take a 40 minute Windsor round trip on the Thames, offering stunning views of the castle. Windsor has plenty for you to enjoy. The coach will depart at 15.00 hours to commence the homeward journey.
