Summer Wine Magic Tour

Day 1 Morning departure for the journey north to the centre of Bradford and the hotel for a three night stay.

Day 2 A visit to Holmfirth on the edge of the beautiful Peak District National Park, with time to explore this town where the much loved TV series ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ was filmed. You can visit Sid’s café and Compo’s house, now home to an award winning exhibition which we have included. After lunch you travel to Harewood House, a popular location for film and TV and where Emmerdale is filmed and most recently the TV series ‘Victoria’. Time to explore before returning to hotel.

Day 3 Today begins with a visit to the Emmerdale Studio Experience, located at the programme’s former studio in Leeds. Here you will see the much-loved surroundings of the Dingles, Bernice’s Salon, Smithy Cottage and the Woolpack sets, hear fascinating facts on some of the soap’s biggest storylines and get the gossip and stories from the studio floor as a guide takes you on a unique tour. You will then visit Otley, the fictional Hotton situated in the beautiful countryside of Lower Wharfedale and to Esholt where you can explore the village and visit the original Woolpack Inn.

Day 4 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
