Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Stoke on Trent and to the hotel for a three night stay.

Day 2 This morning travel to the home of Wedgwood for a fascinating and revealing insight into the world’s most famous ceramics. With over 250 years of history, craftsmanship and creativity, you have the opportunity to meet the artists on a guided tour and take a look around the large factory outlet and retail store before enjoying an included cream tea served on Wedgwood china of course. This afternoon, visit Trentham Shopping Village featuring over 80 picturesque timber lodges and home to a vibrant mix of well-known high street names and unique independent shops before returning to the hotel.

Day 3 After a leisurely breakfast journey to Lichfield, a vibrant and historic city with streets lined with museums and independent shops and where the cathedral spires dominate the city’s skyline. This afternoon journey to the National Memorial Arboretum, where you are free to roam through over 350 thought-provoking memorials, each with a story to be discovered. The memorials are diverse in nature, rich in symbolism and collectively represent a broad population of society from military associations, charitable organisations, emergency services and individuals.

Day 4 Depart after breakfast and journey to Milletts Garden Centre at Frilford for a lunchtime stop. Early afternoon continue your homeward journey.
