Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Pembrokeshire and to Cardigan for a four night stay.Day 2 Today you will visit Pembroke Castle and have a guided tour of this mighty fortress and birthplace of Henry VII. You will have some free time before travelling to the picture postcard seaside resort of Tenby. Stroll around the picturesque harbour or visit the Tenby Museum or Art Gallery.
Day 3 A scenic drive through part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park with a visit to Fishguard, a place of outstanding beauty that blends the allure of sea, towering cliffs and the Preseli Hills. Then onto St Davids, the smallest city in Britain where a visit to its 12th century cathedral is a must.
Day 4 This morning you will travel to Aberaeron, which has a long history as a fishing port with many locals supplementing their income by fishing for herring during the season. Aberaeron retains its Georgian character with elegant brightly painted town houses and its 248 listed buildings. Afterwards you will travel back to the ancient market town of Cardigan on the River Teifi estuary for some free time before returning to the hotel mid- afternoon to enjoy the hotel facilities.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
