The rugged mountains of Snowdonia form a spectacular backdrop to Llandudno. A premier holiday resort situated on a magnificent crescent-shaped sandy bay.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to North Wales and Llandudno for a stay of four nights.
Day 2 An excursion across the Britannia Bridge to the Isle of Anglesey, calling at Llanfair PG, the Welsh village with the longest name. Continuing onto Beaumaris with its pier, museums and fine moated castle. Returning through part of the scenic Snowdonia National Park to Llandudno.
Day 3 A free day in Llandudno for you to explore, perhaps take a trip up the Great Orme, or take a stroll along the North Shore, a wide curving Victorian promenade. Visit the town’s pier followed by shopping in some of the Victorian arcades. Lunch at the hotel is included today.
Day 4 A day in Chester, well known for its extensive, well preserved Roman walls made of local red sandstone. In the old city, “The Rows” is a shopping district distinguished by two level covered arcades and Tudor style half-timber buildings. You will have plenty of time to explore the city by way of walking, boat and bus tours or just shopping for that special gift.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
