Itinerary
Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Kings Lynn for a three night stay. Tea / coffee and cake will be served on arrival. Dinner this evening will be followed by gentle music.Day 2 After breakfast, enjoy a drive to the market town of Spalding, known for its agricultural heritage. This attractive market town has many pretty Georgian houses with the River Welland running through the centre. Time to explore before returning to the hotel for a mini afternoon tea and to prepare for this evening’s gala dinner with a glass of prosecco followed by entertainment.
Day 3 HAPPY NEW YEAR! A day at leisure to enjoy a leisurely brunch and perhaps take a stroll around the Hanseatic town with its maritime past and Minster. Fine merchant’s houses stretch down to the river between cobbled lanes and the elegant Customs House. Dinner this evening will be followed by a quiz / bingo.
Day 4 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
