Day 1 Late morning departure to arrive at the hotel in time for lunch. Afterwards check in to your rooms before departing for Kew Gardens, where illuminations light up the buildings, trails and planting. The mile-long trail is where fairy-tale meets fantasy in a world of singing trees, larger-than-life flora, ribbons of light, giant baubles, and a flickering Fire Garden. The Palm House leaps into life with a dazzling show of laser beams, jets of light and kaleidoscope projections. There will also be Christmas gifts and traditional festive nibbles and drinks.
NB. The trail takes approx. 2 hours to walk around. The trail is in a natural landscape and covers varying gradients, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Although the trail is mainly on paths and there is lighting, the levels of terrain and lighting also vary throughout the gardens.

Day 2 Enjoy a traditional English breakfast before travelling to Windsor for some free time. Embark on a really festive 2.5 hour cruise during which you will be served a luxurious afternoon tea. On arrival back in Windsor, re-join the coach for the journey home.
