Our Fizz and Fayre package is based in the former spa town of Harrogate with plenty for you to explore and an opportunity to visit Castle Howard dressed for Christmas.

Wensleydale CreameryDay 1 Morning departure for the journey north to Harrogate and the hotel for a four night stay.Day 2 A scenic drive into the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park to enjoy the beautiful landscape. You will visit Skipton known as the ‘Gateway to the Dales’, before continuing into the heart of the Dales and the thriving market town of Hawes, which stands at the head of Wensleydale between Buttertubs Pass and Fleet Moss Moor. We have included a visit to Wensleydale Creamery for a cheese tasting experience.
Day 3 A free day at leisure in Harrogate to relax, enjoy the Valley Gardens, the Turkish Baths, the shops and, of course make sure you visit Betty’s famous tea rooms. Later in the day, the hotel will spoil you with a sumptuous ‘festive- themed’ mini afternoon tea and a glass of festive fizz.
Day 4 A visit to Castle Howard, transformed for the festive season. The house is adorned with thousands of baubles, garlands, candles and wreaths. Discover breath- taking interiors, lit by candle and firelight and dressed with stunning traditional Christmas decorations. Live music is performed under the Christmas tree or by roaring log fires adding to the seasonal atmosphere. Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
