Newquay is the best known resort in Cornwall. The coastline is made up of rocky headlands, high cliffs, smugglers coves and sandy beaches, but also offers plenty for the more mature visitor. You will visit the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

Newquay Harbour © Visit CornwallDay 1 Morning departure to Newquay, arriving at the hotel late afternoon for a three night stay.
Days 2 to 3 We have included the following excursions:
• A morning visit to the pretty village of Mevagissey, take a stroll around the historic fishing village and around the ancient fishing port which was once the centre of Cornwall’s pilchard fishery. In the afternoon visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The 200 acre estate includes the Productive Gardens, Victorian Pleasure Grounds, Sub-tropical Jungle and the 30 acre Lost Valley. Plenty of places for you to stop and enjoy some traditional Cornish fayre too.
NB: Due to the gardens having some uneven paths and steep areas. This visit may not be suitable for passengers with walking difficulties.
• Day tour to the Eden Project. Nestled in a huge crater on a 34 acre site which was transformed into parkland and containing two gigantic geodesic conservatories, (the largest in the world) - housing stunning plants from the tropics and Mediterranean.
NB: From coach to entrance is a fair walk on a zig zag path and passengers with walking issues, walkers and wheelchairs may find it a little difficult.
Day 4 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
