Chartwell - Winston Churchill Library © Flickr - Scott D WelchDay 1 Morning departure for the journey to Tunbridge Wells for a lunch stop with free time to explore before continuing the journey to the hotel for a three night stay.Day 2 Today you will visit Chartwell, a stunning property in the Kent countryside, the former home of Sir Winton Churchill’s family for over 40 years. Explore the house filled with treasures, gifts and personal belongings and decorated for the festive season. You will also visit Rochester with free time to explore some of the many attractions here.
Day 3 This morning you will travel to Ightham Mote set in over 500 acres of landscape carved from woodland in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, A romantic moated manor house with 700 years of history, architecture and stories under one roof. Nestled in a hidden valley with 14 acres of tranquil gardens, pleasure grounds, orchard, water features, lakes and woodland. After lunch you will travel to the Ashford Designer Outlet and experience shopping like never before. After some Christmas shopping you will head back to the hotel to relax.
Day 4 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey
