Itinerary
Day 1 Morning departure for the journey west into Devon and to Paignton for a four night stay.Day 2 Today you will head to the village of Bovey Tracy where you will visit the House of Marbles and enjoy a cream tea and time to have a look around before continuing the journey to Buckfast Abbey where you can obtain lunch with free time to visit the Abbey, gift shop and the gardens before returning to the hotel.
Day 3 A day at leisure in Paignton. Perhaps use the local transport to visit some of the surrounding area that you will not visit on our included excursions.
Day 4 This morning you will spend in the quintessential harbour town of Brixham. The colourful houses that surround the harbour bowl are the first thing you notice. As one of the busiest fishing ports in the UK, Brixham has a long history of bringing in fresh seafood. After lunch you will travel to the beautiful 1,200 acre estate of the Dartington Trust. Here you will find plenty to explore including gardens, shopping and places to eat.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey. Back to top
