Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Cirencester time to explore and we have included a cream tea before continuing to the hotel for a four night stay.
Day 2 Today you will travel to Sudeley Castle, the hidden gem of the Cotswolds. The castle was once a royal residence, closely associated with some of the most famous English monarchs. Explore the Morning room, library and Katherine Parr’s anterooms. You also have 10 magnificent gardens to explore, each with its own unique style and design. Afterwards you will travel to Cheltenham, the most complete Regency town in Britain and one of the few English towns in which traditional and contemporary architecture complement each other.
Day 3 A day tour to the lovely Stratford-Upon-Avon by way of Evesham. We have included a boat cruise along the Avon and you will have lots of free time to visit one of the several Shakespeare properties including his birthplace.
Day 4 A scenic drive will take you through some of the stunning Cotswolds villages including stops at the quaint, picture-postcard village of Broadway, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Stow-on-the-Wold, the highest of the Cotswold towns standing exposed on 800 feet high Stow Hill and Bourton-on-the-Water, regularly voted one of the prettiest villages in England. Enjoy some tranquil time by the River Windrush with its beautiful bridges or enjoy a coffee in one of the many tearooms.
