Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Looe and the hotel for a four night stay.Day 2 Today you will travel to the fishing village of Mevagissey, famous for its colour-washed houses. Then on to Charlestown to visit the Shipwreck and Heritage Centre where you will see over 8,000 artefacts from 150 shipwrecks and includes information regarding the famous RMS Titanic.
Day 3 Morning tour to nearby Polperro, with beautiful cottages that cling to steep hillsides around a small harbour, with spectacular views of land and sea, making it an artist’s paradise. Returning to Looe for an afternoon at leisure to explore, relax or take a boat trip out and perhaps see some seals.
Day 4 A leisurely start to the day before travelling to Torpoint and Mount Edgcumbe House, Britain’s historic park by the sea. Here you can admire the family collection and the Earl’s private garden. See the working blacksmith, weaver and textile designer bringing the estate back to life. Linked to the estate is the nearby Barrow Centre shops, with arts and craft outlets and a wonderful café.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the Tour No AB3009 homeward journey. Back to top
