Cornish Festive Fun

Day 1 Morning departure to Newquay, arriving at the hotel late afternoon for a four night stay. Meet in the bar for a traditional mulled wine on arrival followed by ‘happy hour’ between 5pm – 6pm. Dinner in the Sunset View Restaurant followed by live entertainment in the Bar.

Days 2 – 4 We have included the following excursions for you to enjoy:-

• ‘Christmas Day’ – After breakfast travel to Truro, Cornwall’s only city and the home to its magnificent Cathedral, Royal Cornwall Museum and many independent shops and cafes. Tonight enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings followed by entertainment.

• ‘Boxing Day’ – Day at leisure in Newquay, with a mix of beautiful beaches, clifftop views and seafront shops to explore. Alternatively, take in the viewing of a festive film at the hotel. Dinner followed by entertainment.

• ‘New Year’s Eve’ – Day tour to the Eden Project. Nestled in a huge crater on a 34 acre site which was transformed into parkland and containing two gigantic geodesic conservatories, (the largest in the world) - housing stunning plants from the tropics and Mediterranean.
NB: From coach to entrance is a fair walk on a zig zag path and passengers with walking issues, walkers and wheelchairs may find it a little difficult.
Celebrate with live entertainment in the Bar after dinner.

Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey. sculptors, and ceramicists. There are plenty of pavement cafes, ancient pubs and eateries for you to enjoy.

Located just a 10 minute walk from the busy town centre and right on the coastal path between Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze beaches. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV, WiFi, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Lift, restaurant, lounge bar, ballrooms, sun terrace, reception seating area, indoor swimming pool, outdoor splash pool, sauna and fitness studio.

NB: There are NO single rooms available with a walk-in shower or with a sea view. All sea view rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors only.
