ItineraryItineraryDay 1 Morning departure for the journey to Yorkshire and to the hotel for a stay of four nights.
Day 2 A visit to the former spa town of Ilkley, a pretty town surrounded by beautiful moorland with time to have a wander round. On return to the hotel enjoy a festive afternoon tea followed by a festive quiz and time to relax before dinner.
Day 3 CHRISTMAS DAY Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and relax during the morning before enjoying a traditional four course Christmas lunch with hats and crackers. Afterwards you can listen to the Queen’s speech where tea/coffee and Christmas cake will be served. In the evening indulge on a hot fork buffet followed by an evening of bingo.
Day 4 Today you will travel through some of the scenic Yorkshire Dales National Park. First travel to Skipton for a short break before travelling by way of Settle to Grassington, the beating heart of the Yorkshire Dales and home to the fictional market town of ‘Darrowby’ in the new TV series of All Creatures Great and Small. Free time to wander before returning to the hotel.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
