Itinerary Day 1 Late morning departure to the seaside town of Weymouth and to the hotel for a festive four night stay.Days 2 to 4 Weymouth at leisure. There will be plenty of time to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Take a stroll along the promenade to the beautiful historic harbour, a great place to while away the hours and watch the comings and goings of yachts, fishing trawlers and RNLI lifeboats. Wander along the tree-lined Princess Diana Memorial Garden, a haven of tranquillity. You can also take a look at North Fort, built by the Victorians to protect Portland Harbour, and also see stunning views out toward Portland and over Weymouth bay. You could also take a local bus and visit one of the towns close by.
CHRISTMAS DAY A leisurely breakfast with a visit from Santa who will deliver a little gift for you followed by morning coffee and a quiz. After your Christmas lunch, time to watch the King’s speech which will be followed by afternoon tea and bingo and dinner will follow later.
Day 5 After breakfast, the coach will return and commence the homeward journey.
