Day 1 Coach transfers to Sidmouth. Enjoy mulled wine and warm mince pies in the lounge bar before settling into your comfortable room. After dinner relax to the festive sounds of live piano music.

Day 2 Following a hearty breakfast, why not take a stroll along Sidmouth’s beautiful seafront and take in the breathtaking views of the Jurassic Coast? Or perhaps explore the town’s many independent shops for those last-minute gifts. A light lunch is available in the dining room at 12.30 pm. This evening’s celebrations begin with pre-dinner aperitifs and canapés in the bar, followed by a delicious three course candlelit gala dinner accompanied by the elegant sounds of a classic violinist. Later, you may wish to attend Midnight Mass at Sidmouth Parish Church to round off a memorable Christmas Eve.

Day 3 MERRY CHRISTMAS - Start your day with a glass of Bucks Fizz and a full English breakfast. If you’re feeling energetic, perhaps take a refreshing walk up Peak Hill to work up an appetite or just relax at the hotel. Traditional Christmas lunch with all the trimmings will be followed by the Kings’ speech in the bar. A buffet supper this evening is followed by a selection of Christmas cheeses, a glass of port and a classic wedge of fruitcake in the bar.

Day 4 Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and some free time before hot soup and a selection of freshly prepared sandwich lunch. If you’re a rugby fan make your way to Sidmouth Rugby Club in the afternoon and watch the traditional Boxing Day match (approx. 300 yards from the hotel). A Prosecco reception in the bar is followed by a three course table d’hôte dinner.

Day 5 After breakfast, the coach will return to collect you at 10.00 am for the journey home. 

All Christmas and New Year inclusions at the hotels are correct at the time of going to print and maybe subject to change.
