Itinerary Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to the Swindon Designer Outlet for a lunch stop and for those interested, there is the STEAM – Museum of the Great Western Railway across from the outlet that you may wish to visit (entrance not included). You will then continue to the hotel in Cheltenham for a four night stay.Day 2 This morning you will begin with a visit to the Cotswold Farm Park. The farm is the home of rare breed’s conservation and is devoted to the protection of endangered species, run by Adam Henson, farmer and rural TV presenter. You will have approx. 3 hours at the farm before continuing to the beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water, a delightful village with the River Windrush flowing quietly through and crossed by little attractive bridges.
Day 3 A morning free to explore Cheltenham, England’s most complete Regency town. After lunch you will board the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway for a single journey through the heart of the Cotswolds to the honey- coloured village of Broadway for some free time.
Day 4 A chance for you to discover the picturesque medieval town of Tewkesbury on market day. The town has a long and fascinating history as well as being home to a famous Abbey. In the afternoon you will visit Hidcote Manor Garden, with its magnificent vistas and dazzling arrays of plants and flowers.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
