SwanageDay 1 Depart late morning for the journey to Bournemouth and to the hotel. On arrival, check in to your ‘cabin’ as you set sail for the first destination.
Days 2 to 4 A free day at leisure, followed by the included ‘shore excursions’:
No cruise would be complete without a visit to Poole, with golden sands, ancient history and the backdrop of the Jurassic Coast and known for its links to pottery. Time here to explore the old high street and Quay which have an eclectic mix of shops and cafes or maybe take a cruise around the harbour.
- Excursion to Swanage, located within the beautiful Isle of Purbeck.
The town has kept much of its Victorian charm with its magnificent pier and clifftop castle. This afternoon you will join the Swanage Railway for the 9.5 miles journey to Norden passing around the bottom of Corfe Castle and through the stunning Purbeck countryside.
Day 5 Disembark after breakfast to commence the journey home.
