Blackpool Illuminations

Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Blackpool, arriving late afternoon for a  five night stay. Time to settle in before dinner and the first night’s entertainment.

Days 2 - 5 You will have a full day to explore Blackpool and its attractions. We have included the following excursions:

• Day tour to the scenic Lake District, and to Bowness where we have included a boat trip for you to enjoy before free time to explore the town and visit some of the local shops and cafés.

• A full day visit to the city of Liverpool. You will leave the coach at the Albert Dock, a large waterfront tourist attraction along with all the many other attractions, which are nearby.

• A short day to the seaside town of Southport with over 22 miles of coastline, one of the oldest UK piers, well laid out gardens and a Victorian arcade for shopping.

Days 6 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.

We no longer include a tour of the lights due to the volume of traffic and the time it takes so we suggest that you take the tram to see the illuminations.

The hotel has an excellent position on Blackpool's prestigious North Promenade and is within walking distance to the town centre and all major attractions. All bedrooms are en-suite with TV, radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Restaurant, bar, two lifts and a games room
