Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Bath with a comfort stop en- route. On arrival you will go straight to the Jane Austen Centre for a visit, this is where the novelist spent several years living and writing. In fact, two of her novels are set in the city:-Northanger Abbey and Persuasion. The Georgian building offers a glimpse into how that would have looked in her day. Afterwards you will be transferred to the hotel for a one night stay. The hotel has a restaurant or you could visit one of the local restaurants as dinner is not included.Day 2 After breakfast, depart the hotel and enjoy time to explore this historic city with so much to see and do. This beautiful Georgian city is famed for its thermal water spring, stunning abbey and flower filled streets, parks and gardens. You could visit the exquisite Pulteney Bridge, the spectacular Bath Abbey, the historic Theatre Royal, the unique Circus street of large townhouses and the sweeping Royal Crescent row of houses. We have included entrance for you to the famous Roman Baths which is below the modern street level and has four main features, the Sacred Spring, the Roman Temple, the Roman Bath House and finds from Roman Bath. At 14.30 hours you will depart Bath and commence the homeward
