Day 1 Morning departure for the journey to Plymouth arriving at the hotel late afternoon for a four night stay.
Day 2 This morning you cross the Tamar Bridge at Saltash into Cornwall and on to the seaside resort of
Looe. Time for a stroll along the quayside and the fishing harbour before returning to hotel for lunch. The afternoon is free for you to explore the famous Barbican, the Hoe or take a look around the city centre for that last minute present.
Day 3 CHRISTMAS DAY Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and enter the Christmas cake competition and perhaps take a stroll in the city to work up an appetite for your traditional Christmas lunch. In the afternoon watch the Queen’s speech and maybe play some board games and enjoy a slice of cake.
Day 4 You will travel along the Tamar Valley to Tavistock, situated on the River Tavy and the edge of the stunning Dartmoor before returning to the hotel for lunch. This afternoon you will visit the Theatre Royal, Plymouth for the matinee performance of Aladdin. After the show with the help of the genie’s magic power (called a coach) you will return to the hotel for a farewell dinner and entertainment.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey.
