Day 1 Morning departure for the journey north to Harrogate and the hotel for a four night stay.Day 2 Morning visit to RHS Gardens Harlow Carr. A spectacular 58 acre Yorkshire garden with beautiful borders, wildflower meadows, woodlands and streamside gardens, providing year-round interest. Return to hotel for lunch and then spend the afternoon to explore Harrogate.
Day 3 A circular tour through the picturesque Yorkshire Dales scenery to the lovely town of Hawes and the home of the Wensleydale Creamery, made famous by Wallace & Gromit, for a visit and tasting. After your visit continue to the famous Ribblehead Viaduct for a photo opportunity, before returning to the hotel by way of Settle and Skipton.
Day 4 A day in York to enjoy the history and culture of this walled riverside city. Visit some of the wonderful attractions including the Minster or the magnificent National Railway Museum for an interesting and informative day.
Day 5 After breakfast, depart the hotel and commence the homeward journey. Back to top
