Carrbridge is part of the scenic Cairngorms National Park, which is located below the Monadhliath Mountains. This picturesque village lies along the Dulnain River, which empties into the Spey through an 18th century packhorse bridge.Whether it's an amble through the forest, or a strenuous hill walk, Carrbridge offers something for everyone. Take some time to explore the nearby villages of Grantown-on-Spey or Aviemore, which offer shops with a range of quality, bespoke items.

Day 1 - Outward Travel
Day 2 - Highland Wildlife Park
In this safari park and zoo there are over 1000 rare and beautiful animals from all over the world. /nSet in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the city, we drive through the main animal reserve before enjoying time in the walk around area. /n
Day 3 - Day at Leisure
Day 4 - Strathspey Railway
The steam-hauled heritage Strathspey railway (fare included in tour cost) runs along the Spey valley through the Cairngorms National Park. /nThe former Highland Railway line ran from Grantown to Forres until 1968. Since 1971 a group of dedicated volunteers has restored sections of the line./nOur journey takes us from Broomhill through to Aviemore with stunning and varied scenery with fabulous vistas of the surrounding hills as well as dense forests and abundant wildlife/n
