Day 1 - Outward Travel
Day 2 - Full Day - Lincoln
The top half of the city features the Cathedral, Lincolnshire museum, old gaol/castle and tropical planthouse (entry fees apply)./nAt the lower end of town are the shops and the High Bridge over the Witham: the oldest bridge with buildings on it in the UK./nThere is a bus service linking the upper and lower halves of the city, free to bus pass holders. No need to struggle up Steep Hill!/n
Day 3 - Day at Leisure
Day 4 - Full Day - Mablethorpe, Louth & Wainfleet Town
Louth is the capital of the Wolds. The Louth museum (entry fees apply) houses the Louth Panorama, an 1840's view from the top of the church steeple./nWainfleet is an Ancient River Port with a variety of historic buildings./nMablethorpe is a quaint reminder of British beach holidays of years gone by - a tranquil coastal town with miles of sands./n
Day 5 - Return Travel
Royal Hotel
Situated in its own grounds at the southern end of the promenade, looking towards the sea and an easy stroll from the resort’s principal attractions. There is a lounge bar, games room and a ballroom.
