The delightful mix of brick and stone buildings, colourful shop fronts, popular cafés and individual shops provide a relaxing environment for shopping or strolling. Entertainment and art galleries are housed in the refurbished Spa Centre on the seafront. A network of land-trains transports guests around the town, along the front, and as far afield as Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a delightful stately home owned and managed by East Riding Council.

In a prime seafront location on Bridlington’s South beach, the Monarch
Hotel offers breathtaking panoramic sea views. Situated close to the
resort’s Spa Theatre and just a short stroll to the busy fishing harbour,
