We travel first to Lowestoft, famous as a fishing port, but also offering a harbour used by cruising yachts, two piers, and a sandy beach backed by a traffic free promenade. We return via the quaint Suffolk village of Southwold and the market town of Beccles.

Situated in Great Yarmouth's most central and lively location, on the sea front opposite Britannia Pier and adjacent to the shops and resort amenities. (Note that it can be quite lively in the street outside the sea facing rooms.) Having recently undergone a major refurbishment, all bedrooms are centrally heated with private bath or shower and WC, tea/coffee making facilities, internal telephone, hair dryer and Freeview TV.
For 2016 all public areas will be on the ground floor including a quiet lounge and a new bar lounge, both overlooking the sea front and a new restaurant and entertainment room where entertainment is provided most evenings.
