North Wales has some of the finest gardens in the British Isles and even Europe. This tour allows us to enjoy four of the best, from the Elizabethan gardens of Gwydir Castle to Plas Newydd, overlooking the Menai Straits from Anglesey, the attractive walks in the surroundings of the dramatic Penrhyn Castle and the exquisite Bodnant Gardens which face out onto the mountains of Snowdonia. Our tour is based in Llandudno which, situated on its own peninsula between the Great Orme and Little Orme Heads, boasts two superb bathing beaches. Llandudno is a highly attractive resort with its magnificent crescent of hotels, broad tree-lined streets and elegant shops all combining to produce a unique atmosphere.

Full Day Excursion to Plas Newydd House & Gardens and Beaumaris
We cross over to Anglesey to enjoy the beautiful 18th century Plas Newydd with its fine gardens and parkland that overlook the Menai Straits (entrance included in tour cost). We return via the charming town of Beaumaris.
Full Day Excursion to Gwydir Castle and Bodnant Gardens
We spend the morning at the fine Elizabethan Gardens of the splendid Tudor Gwydir Castle and continue to Bodnant Gardens, widely acknowledged as one of the world's most spectacular gardens, not to mention its stunning views across to Snowdonia. We return on a picturesque journey via Betws-y-Coed (entrance to Gwydir Castle and Bodnant Gardens included).
Half Day Excursion to Penrhyn Castle
A visit to the early 19th century Penrhyn Castle, offering attractive walks in the grounds amongst its collection of exotic trees and in its Victorian walled garden (entrance included).
Ideally placed on the sea front close to the Aberconwy Centre and a short walk from Llandudno's wonderful shops, Pier and Happy Valley gardens. Large entertainment suite with dance floor and entertainment most evenings. Superb 'Looking Glass' bar with views over the bay, sun lounge and games room with snooker. 120 bedrooms with central heating and private bath or shower and WC. Note for clients with a mobility impairment: this hotel has nine ground floor rooms although only three of them are completely level access from Reception. There is a large lift serving every floor, including the rear car park which is at basement level. There are several steps to the front entrance but a platform lift is available. Most bedroom floors are multi level with only a handful of rooms offering level access from the lift. Please ensure you submit a Special Needs form if you are mobility impaired.
