Covered in rambling roses, the pretty cottages line the narrow streets that lead down to the waterfront providing magnificent views of the loch and the surrounding hills and mountains. McCaigs Tower dominates the skyline overlooking the harbour and other major landmarks include the pink granite cathederal and 600 year old ruined keep of Dunollie Castle.
