Criccieth must surely enjoy one of the most beautiful locations to be found anywhere. Situated on the coast at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with all its attractions there is something to do for everybody. Castles, walks, mountains, beaches, scenery, trains, golf, water sports, fishing, plus excellent visitor attractions in abundance. Criccieth has two beaches either side of the Castle, which dominates the town standing high on its rocky perch. The beaches are a mixture of sand and pebble with a rocky area at the far end of the eastern beach exposing rock pools at low tide. There are no amusement arcades or vendors along these beaches so you can enjoy a relaxing time soaking up the sun with only the sounds of the sea.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

Tuesday (Alias Christmas Eve) Full Day Excursion to Pwllheli and Caernarfon
Today we leave Criccieth behind to travel along the coast to Pwllheli, situated on the south coast of the Llyn Peninsula. The town is known as the 'capital of the Llyn' and is also the main market town in the area. It is home to two beaches, South Beach which is mainly shingle and Glan-y-mor which is located at the rear of the marina workshops and is quite muddy at low tide. We continue northwards to Caernarvon with its famous 13th century castle, museums, busy harbour and varied selection of shops. We return to our hotel in time for dinner after which the evening is filled with dancing and entertainment.
Wednesday (Alias Christmas Day)
Morning competition to guess the weight of the Christmas Cake. Traditional Christmas lunch with 'Santa' and presents. Afternoon tea and games. Dinner followed by dancing and entertainment.
Thursday (Alias Boxing Day) Half Day Excursion to Porthmadog
