The long beach front, historic buildings and range of entertainment facilities make Bridlington a fantastic destination on the Yorkshire Coast. Bridlington Old Town is traditional Yorkshire in a nutshell. Packed with attractive antique shops and restaurants, the Old Town was the setting for the Dad’s Army film. The delightful mix of brick and stone buildings, colourful shop fronts, popular cafés and individual shops provide a relaxing environment for shopping or strolling. Entertainment and art galleries are housed in the refurbished Spa Centre on the seafront. A network of land-trains transports guests around the town, along the front, and as far afield as Sewerby Hall and Gardens, a delightful stately home owned and managed by East Riding Council.

Scarborough really does have it all – dramatic cliffs, prominent castle headland, historic harbour and wonderful beaches. Perhaps take a ride on the oldest funicular railway in Britain, enjoy a stroll through the gardens or enjoy some seaside fun on the award-winning beaches. We continue our day with a visit to Filey. Home to an historic promenade, impressive Edwardian architecture and a five-mile expanse of stunning beach this is a great place to explore. /n
Day 3 - Day at Leisure
Day 4 - York & Evening to This Is Elvis at Bridlington Spa
Visit glorious York. Wander amidst the quaint Shambles that are towered over by the impressive York Minster, perhaps visit one of the world-class museums or simply relax in one of the many charming tearooms and watch the world go by! /nAfter dinner, make your way to Bridlington Spa and take your seat for a jaw-dropping tribute to The King of Rock and Roll. Ben Portsmouth – This Is Elvis is a world-renowned tribute artists, winning acclaim from across the world for his portrayal and performances. Celebrating the life of the iconic showman, enjoy a show packed with many of Elvis’ most-loved songs from the 1950s, the iconic 1968 Comeback Special and the 1970s Vegas Specials. /nBridlington Spa is located just across the road from the Monarch Hotel. Transfers to/from the theatre are not included./n
Day 5 - Return Travel
The Monarch Hotel is situated in a prime position on Bridlington's seafront close to Bridlington Spa. The resort's flat promenade offers a relaxing stroll into town. Guests can enjoy panoramic sea views from the restaurant and bar. Ground floor resident's lounge included. Entertainment room with dance floor. All 51 bedrooms are en-suite with Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Lift serves all floors apart from the 6th floor. any guest would need to negotiate 15 steps to access this floor from the fifth floor.
