But save some of your energy for the evening and sample the terrific summer shows, lively bars and pubs, for it is at night that Blackpool really stands out as the most exciting of all Britain's resorts. For a complete contrast to the sheer energy of Blackpool, some of the most serene scenery in Britain include the Ribble Valley and the Lake District nearby.

Day 1 - Outward Travel - Arrival in Blackpool
From the Interchange we will travel directly to Blackpool, arriving in resort around midday. You will be dropped off in a central location where you can enjoy the attractions of the resort, before making your way to the hotel at your leisure - why not take the opportunity to travel on one of Blackpool's famous trams? Alternatively you may remain on the coach to arrive directly at the hotel, where a light lunch will be available for you to purchase. Please note rooms will not be available for check-in until 3pm. /n
Day 2 - Lytham Half Day
The neighbouring towns of Lytham and St. Annes have grown together and now form a seaside resort. /nHistoric places of interest such as Lytham Windmill and Lytham Hall depict the history of the area and the families who moulded the villages./n
Day 3 - Fleetwood Half Day
Fleetwood is a charming, historic seaside town where Irish Sea meets the Wyre estuary./nExplore miles of natural beaches, stop by The Mount with its splendid views over the Marine Hall and Morecambe Bay and shop on Lord Street or in the market and town centre./n
Day 4 - Return Travel - Departure from Blackpool
After breakfast we have free time to enjoy our resort at leisure. We will depart our resort around 2pm. A light lunch will be available to purchase at our hotel. Please note that you must check out of your room by 10am./n
Queens Hotel - Blackpool
