Delightful parks, a fabulous Marine Lake and one of the longest piers in Britain make Southport a perfect resort town. /nWide unspoiled beaches and splendid sand hills constitute one of the most important areas for nature conservation in the UK. /nLord Street, with its beautiful cast iron canopies and wide pavements, is home to delightful cafés and many restaurants./n

Day 3 - Alias Christmas Day


Day 4 - St Annes
On 1st May 1922 Lytham and St. Annes were combined and became a single borough, creating Lytham St. Annes./nAshton Gardens is a charming public park in the heart of St Annes. Situated just 100 metres from The Square, where people go to shop or sit and watch the world go by./nSt Annes Pier was opened by Lord Stanley on June 15th 1885. It is well known for its fine Victorian wrought iron work that is still evident on the pier's superstructure today./n
