Day 1 - Outward Travel - Overnight in North Wales
We depart and make our way to North Wales where we stay overnight. /n
Day 2 - Outward Travel - North Wales to Ireland and Armagh
This morning we make our way to Holyhead for our sailing to the Emerald Isle. We enjoy a little free time in vibrant Dublin before making our way to Armagh./n
Day 3 - Full Day Giant's Causeway & Armagh
Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the 40,000 basalt columns of the Giant’s Causeway stretch out into the sea and have inspired myths and legends for centuries. The Grand Causeway is the largest of the three rocky outcrops and is one of the most photographed sites in the UK./nA sacred place, with towering church spires, hilly streets and a lineage that stretches back to St Patrick - Armagh stands out as one of the most enjoyable small cities on the island of Ireland. Rich in culture, it is a delight to stroll along the tree-lined Georgian mall./n
Day 4 - Full Day Belfast including Guided City Tour
Visit Northern Ireland’s vibrant capital city of Belfast. This bustling capital city has fascinating stories to tell and we’ll take an interesting guided tour of the city seeing the beautiful City Hall, the murals of the residential areas and the instantly recognisable Harland & Wolff cranes. There will also be some free time to explore the city at leisure. /n
Day 5 - Full Day Mountains of Mourne & St Patrick's Centre - to overnight hotel in Dublin Area
Enjoy a day taking in the stunning scenery of the Mourne Mountains. With an ‘otherworldly’ feel, this is one of the most picturesque areas on the island of Ireland and the inspiring landscapes inspired CS Lewis’ The Chronicles of Narnia. We’ll also see Strangford Lough, the UK’s largest sea lough and one of Europe’s key wildlife habitats, before making our way to the St Patrick’s Centre in Downpatrick. The only permanent exhibition in the world dedicated to the life of Ireland patron saint, the displays here explore the legacy of St Patrick from the ancient world to modern day./nLater in the day we continue our journey southwards to reach our overnight hotel in the Dublin area./n
Day 6 - Return Travel - Dublin to Holyhead and Overnight in North Wales
We leave the Emerald Isle behind and sail from Dublin to Holyhead and continue on to our overnight stay in North Wales. /n
Day 7 - Return Travel
