Game of Thrones trail approved
Tourism Northern Ireland has released plans for a journey of the doors allowing Game of Thrones fans to collect 10 unique stamps at the 10 Game of Throne ‘doors’ across Northern Ireland.
Created by both Tourism Ireland and Tourism NI, the doors are carved from trees blown over in Storm Gertrude in January 2016. The trees were located in County Antrim at the dark hedges one of the most famous filming locations of the series in Northern Ireland.
Each door is inspired by moments from series six of the show and are hung in venues and pubs across Northern Ireland close to filming locations.
The passport that visitors need to collect the stamps is available via tourist boards.
