'Downton Abbey' Comes to an End!
It has been announced that the next series of Downton Abbey will be the last, following a dwindle in viewing figures.
The show which started in 2010, follows an aristocratic family from 1912-1920s has become a household name across the world having been shown in over 250 territories. With fans following the lives of the Earl and Countess of Grantham and the rest of the Crawley family at Downton Abbey, the filming location of Highclere Castle in Berkshire has attracted fans from across the globe.
Since starting in 2010, Downton Abbey has won a number of awards including two BAFTAs, three Golden Globes and 11 Emmys. The final ever episode of Downton Abbey will be shown on Christmas Day 2015.
