Edwards Celebrates 90 Years of Coach Holidays!
It’s not every day that one of our coach operators celebrates their 90th anniversary and so 2015 will mark a very special year for Wales based Edwards Coaches. As a local family run coach company, Edwards has operated buses and coaches since 1925. Edwards even played their part in the War effort in the 1940s transporting local factory workers into Pontypridd to and from work.
Since the early days Edwards Coaches has continued to expand and grow and now operates a fleet of around 100 coaches and buses. To celebrate their big milestone Edwards have recently launched an anniversary European brochure celebrating 90 years of travel.
The new European brochure includes an extended River Cruising programme as well as a whole host of new itineraries and destinations including Andorra, Opatija in Croatia, Austrian Lakes ‘50th Anniversary of the Sound of Music, the 200th Anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo, Tales of a Divided City, Bavarian Kings and Castles and more.
In addition to this new jam-packed brochure with fantastic new tours, Edwards have made a multi-million pound investment in 10 brand new coaches with extra legroom. These are due to be delivered in Spring 2015.
