Door2Tour WINS at the 2014 National Coach Tourism Awards!
We're delighted to announce that we were a proud winner at Thursday's prestigious National Coach Tourism Awards, recognising excellence and innovation across coach tour operators, destinations, attractions, and tourism industry suppliers. The awards were held in Blackpool at the iconic Tower Ballroom and Door2Tour.com picked up the award for 'Coach Tourism Innovation of the Year', designed to recognise business success demonstrated through innovation. It is the second time we have been shortlisted at the NCTAs, the first back in 2011 when we were nominated for Coach Tour Operator Website of the Year.
Features that helped clinch the award were recent additions of our 'Door2Tour Philosophy' featuring tips from the team and travel photos, our useful and unique range of miniguides as well as our dedication to extraordinary customer service and marketing innovation. Alongside us in the category were a variety of organisations across the coach and touring industry such as Shearings Holidays, York's Chocolate Story, Blaenafon Cheddar and Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.

Other awards given on the night included Coach Friendly Destination of the Year, Coach Friendly Visitor Attraction of the Year, Accommodation Provider of the Year, Coach Tour Operator Brochure of the Year, Coach Tour Drive of the Year and Coach Tourism Green Awards among others.
