We're delighted to open the doors to our exciting new 'shop' and what we hope is a much easier (and better looking) user experience! YOU are at the heart of what we do, so every aspect of our new website has been built with you in mind, ensuring that you have the most useful and effortless experience possible – whether it be through functionality that helps you find tours quickly, clearer information to help you choose, improved destination information complete with inspirational images from real travellers, tips from the team on places we've visited, flagged up best-sellers and recommended tours, a streamlined booking process or a handy My Account section. After all, booking a holiday should be an enjoyable experience!

The Door2Tour Philosophy – we love travel and have been to a range of the destinations we feature. Keep your eyes peeled for our Tips from the Team, photos (taken by us!) and unique range of downloadable miniguides, providing all you need to know about some of our most popular events and destinations. We've even gone on location to film some of them for your entertainment. Check out our miniguide page and see what you think - there'll be more to come in the future.
Customer Service that really does go the extra mile, whether you're looking or booking. Actions speak louder than words, though - try it and see!
Clearer Tour Information – a Holiday Summary offers a quick list of what's included on each tour, from how you get there (coach, cruise or air) to what meals are included and how many excursions you can expect. There's also more tour information to help you make your choice.
Easier Searching – if you don't know where you want to travel from or if you're flexible on your departure point, it’s not a problem. Our easier searching means you can search from anywhere and filter by a range of options until you get the results you're looking for. There's also a search for Self-Drive breaks.
Inspiration – with so much on offer it can be difficult to know the wood from the trees. Look out for our flagged Bestsellers and Recommended holidays, and if you're really stuck, use our Inspire Me search to search by interest (think wildlife, active, history buffs). We’ve added loads more content to better reflect our product range, from solo holidays to rail journeys, and we've also introduced our own downloadable online brochure with ideas. If you're still stuck try our friendly reservations team via chat, email or phone, who are there to help find your dream holiday!
Better navigation – you can Save Holidays or Searches to view at any time in your Account area, and our recently viewed panel allows you to easily get back to the tour you were on. Our tour pages are print-friendly and you can still share with friends.
Personalised Emails – tell us what you want to receive information on and we'll send you relevant tours. It's not rocket science.
