New attractions feature at Legoland Windsor
Visitors planning on a day out to Legoland Windsor this summer will have a variety of new attractions for the whole family to enjoy.
There is a new 4D movie experience called LEGO Legends of Chima, featuring a 12 minute animated 4D film full of special effects that will take visitors deep into the world of Chima where animal warrior tribes compete in epic battles for CHI which is a mystical energy source providing limitless power and destruction.
Other fabulous new attractions to welcome visitors to Legoland Windsor include a new gallery at the Star Wars Miniland Model Display and the new Shark and Ray Nursery at the Atlantis Submarine Voyage ride featuring a family of baby Bamboo sharks and a collection of infant rays.
Families will also get to enjoy a new 'land' called DUPLO Valley featuring a wet play area that's perfect for pre-school children. The DUPLO Splash Safari should be the first port of call for younger visitors that feature popular DUPLO animal friends including lions, giraffes and elephants. Slightly older visitors will enjoy the thrills and spills created at DUPLO Drench Towers where you are guaranteed to get soaked! For those wanting to avoid getting wet, head over to DUPLO Brickville and you'll find a variety of climbing frames, slides and other wonderful attractions to keep visitors of all ages entertained. There is also the opportunity for 'Meet & Greets' with popular DUPLO characters including dinosaurs and funky clowns.
Another feature not to miss is the toddler friendly boat ride at Fairy Tale Brook, taking you on a journey through a world magically created using over one million Lego bricks and featuring famous characters such as Little Red Riding Hood, the Three Little Pigs, Cinderella and Snow-White with the Seven Dwarves. With all these new additions to the theme park, families are set for an entertaining visit to Legoland Windsor this summer!
