Your contract is with Bowen Travel Limited who are members of both the Association Of British Travel Agents (ABTA) and The Confederation Of Passenger Transport (CPT) and subscribe to the Code of Conduct of both associations.
Financial Security:The Company is a member of ABTA and fully bonded with the Confederation of Passenger Transport UK Bonded Coach Holiday Scheme. You can therefore be totally confident that in the unlikely event of our becoming insolvent there is a fund of money to repay you or repatriate you.
